Gillian Miller
Executive coach, mentor, and leadership consultant. Based in Cheshire, working in person and online.
I am an ILM Level 7 qualified executive coach and an accredited practitioner with the EMCC.
My background spans both the public and private sectors, most recently working at director level within the NHS, leading the commissioning and transformation of healthcare services. I bring deep experience of working in complex systems, leading multidisciplinary teams, and developing leaders through coaching and mentoring.
This experience shapes my approach. Grounded, practical, and informed by the realities of senior leadership.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy walking, tennis, and exploring the outdoors, alongside a natural curiosity about people and how we grow.
